Our 6000 sq. ft. conference and reception space, The Governor’s Ballroom, is scheduled to open Spring 2010. This luxurious state-of-the-artcenter will accommodate parties and groups up to 300 guests. The conference center will feature modern audio/visual equipment, five-star catering, and all of your accessories and rental needs. The room can be divided into several separate intimate spaces, perfect for any size event.

Week One:
Construction fences go up and demolition equipment arrives. This existing building at Second & Adams Street is being demolished for additional parking for the center (which will be located on our existing East lot).

Week Two:
Much progress was made during week two of demolition, including a demolition lunch party on May 27. The building is nearly completely down.

Week Three:
The building the now completely demolished and clean-up is nearly complete. We are salvaging and recycling as much of the old materials as possible. We hope for construction to begin soon!

Week 8 :
Prep work has began for the conference center site, in addition to the adjoining new parking lot on 2nd and Adams Streets.

Latest Progress: The Governor’s Ballroom is nearing completion. After some weather related delays, we are scheduled to open in mid-April. With many functions already on the books starting in late-April, reserve your date today!
